Youth News 4-18-12

As school nears an end, things will start picking up around the Youth Department. Come to church this Sunday night and find out what’s going on. Along with fun activities, we have a few mission opportunities coming up. Get involved!!

Final opportunity to sign up for the Dragon Boat Races is this Sunday. Our team will consist of 22 total youth/college age males and females at least 16 years old. Dragon Boat Races is Saturday, April 28th and we need you!! Call Tommy for more details.

Lake Lurleen Retreat is May 12th!!! Join us for a day of grilling, biking, swimming, hiking, paddling, and a bunch of other fun stuff!! We will meet in the parking lot at 11:00am for a whole day of activities. Bring a friend or two and join the fun!! Cost is only $3 (paddle boats cost a little extra). More details at UMYF this Sunday night.

Sunday, April 29th, 6:30pm — “Kickpen on the Quad”
If you are late to UMYF on this night, we will be on the Quad. Bring some friends and join us. Last year we played frisbee football on the Quad and had a blast. Make plans now to attend. We will return to the church at 8:00pm for parent pick up.
