UMW THANKS
If you see tails wagging and hear the sound of purring, it’s just the dogs and cats at the Tuscaloosa Metro Shelter thanking you for the donation of 162 pairs of shoes. FLUM collected them and the UMW delivered them in a little over one month. Thank you again to everyone who contributed to such a good cause.

SHARE YOUR PASSION
We want to invite you to share your passion on Wednesday nights this fall. We hope to offer a variety of groups or classes for people of all ages designed around what you love to do. The possibilities are limitless, but could include things such as art, music, cooking, fitness, softball, reading, writing, history, astronomy, woodworking, needlepoint, gardening, photography, etc. If you have a passion that you are willing to share, please contact the church office or Kevin to let us know, and also let us know how many weeks you think you’ll need to share your passion. We’ll promote your idea to the church and community, and if there’s enough interest, we’ll schedule you to begin after Labor Day.

SOFT DRINK CANS
The Youth Group continues to collect soft drink cans to benefit the Tuscaloosa Metro Animal Shelter. The collection bin is by the drink machines near the kitchen. Thank you for saving your cans to help spay or neuter an animal.
